New Builder Rosewood Homes Debuts Its First Collection Of Models

NEW BUILDER ROSEWOOD HOMES DEBUTS ITS FIRST COLLECTION OF MODELS AT VISTANCIA

- Official Grand Opening Set for Jan. 20-21 -

The Valley's newest homebuilder, Rosewood Homes, has introduced its very first collection of models at the Vistancia community in north Peoria.

An official grand opening for the Mountain Gate collection is scheduled from
10 a.m.-6 p.m. Jan. 20-21. Vistancia, an award-winning master plan, is located northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway.

Rosewood Homes was founded by David Kitnick, a veteran of more than two decades in the homebuilding industry. Collectively, the new Rosewood Homes team has won more than two dozen MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence), National Association of Home Builders and Gold Nugget Merit Awards.

"The Mountain Gate collection is a dynamic addition to the 35 models that are offered at Vistancia. We're pleased that Rosewood Homes selected the community to debut its very first offering," said Curt Smith, chief operating officer for Sunbelt Holdings, the developer of the community in a partnership with Shea Homes.

Part of Vistancia's Journey Collection, Mountain Gate at Vistancia is a neighborhood of 65 homes, many of which are adjacent to open space, located near the local landmark of White Peak Mountain and featuring 360-degree views of the

Valley.

Three models, whose design influence reflect Old World texture and color, range from 1,876 to 3,118 square feet and are priced from the mid-$300,000s. Single and

two-level floor plans offer three to six bedrooms, up to four baths and two and three-car garages.

Special standard features include luxurious master baths and private courtyards, loggias (open air walkways) and porches for outdoor living and entertaining. Each home has a gourmet kitchen with a center island, granite countertops, double ovens, separate cook tops, walk-in pantries and recipe desks.

Options in the collection include dens, hobby, bonus or exercise rooms, media rooms, home offices and spa-like master baths.

To create charming streetscapes, four-sided architecture with rich details is offered. Home buyers can select from four exterior elevations that include Spanish Mission or Spanish Monterrey, Territorial Ranch, Hacienda and Territorial Ranch with optional stone.
