VISTANCIA RESIDENTS TO HOLD COMMUNITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE

- Goodwill Of Central Arizona To Be On Site For Donations -

Valley bargain hunters will find plenty of undiscovered treasure and gently-used items when Vistancia residents hold a community-wide garage sale from 7 a.m. to
1 p.m. Nov. 8.

The event, which will be held at hundreds of homes in Vistancia Village and Trilogy is co-sponsored by the Homeowners Associations and will be held throughout the north Peoria community located northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway.

Maps to the participating homes in both communities will be available at Trilogy and the Mountain Vista Club. In addition, Goodwill of Central Arizona will be on site from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Mountain Vista Club parking lot to accept donations of both large and small items. The previous sale, held in April, generated more than 20,000 lbs. of donated items. The revenue created by the sale of the items in Goodwill stores help with the charity's job skills training and job placement programs.

To reach Vistancia, take the 101 to 75th Ave, 75th Ave north to Deer Valley Rd, Deer Valley Rd west to Lake Pleasant Pkwy, Lake Pleasant Pkwy north to Happy Valley Parkway. Left on Happy Valley Parkway, head west four miles. Once in the community, follow the signs to pick up a map to all the sales.
