Vistancia Tour of Homes October 3rd and 4th 10am-5pm

LARGEST COMMUNITY-WIDE TOUR OF HOMES TO MAKE HOUSE SHOPPING CONVENIENT FOR VISTANCIA BUYERS

More than 100 homes in the master planned community of Vistancia in Peoria will be featured in the Vistancia Tour of Homes, scheduled from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 3-4. Free and open to the public, the event will offer house shoppers the convenience of visiting, all in one place, a variety of new and resale homes on the market. These span a wide range of floor plans, styles and prices in the community's three villages--Trilogy at Vistancia, Blackstone and Vistancia Village.

"People like to look at houses and there will be a lot to see," said Sandy Esmay, Vistancia's director of marketing, adding that shoppers will not be disappointed as the collection will range from starter to customized homes. "It's an easy way to tour many homes over a weekend whether you're ready to purchase or are planning to in the near future. We encourage shoppers to bring their Realtors."
New home builders at Vistancia are Ashton Woods Homes, Cachet Homes, Camelot Homes, Maracay Homes, Rosewood Homes, Shea Homes, T.W. Lewis and Trend Homes.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can register, at individual builder offices, to win a large flat screen television, foursomes of golf at Trilogy Golf Club and Blackstone Country Club and a spa package at Trilogy at Vistancia's Alvea Spa.

Visitors should follow the community signs to the new home builders and open house signs to the resale homes. In addition, maps of the community designating Vistancia's neighborhoods and amenities will be available at the Vistancia Information Center located at 30719 N. Vistancia Boulevard.
